Schedule:
Travel position with flexibility for varying shifts to support work-life balanceDesired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Mississippi Proven experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care settings Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills Ability to promote and practice patient and employee safety in all aspects of care Commitment to continuous professional growth and development Collaborative approach with team members and leadershipKey Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments within eight hours of patient admission, forming the basis of individualized care plans Identify teaching needs and education goals with patients and families; lead discharge planning from admission Participate in team conferences, communicate status updates, and report on patient progress Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing processes Maintain accurate, succinct, and timely documentation per hospital policy Supervise and train ancillary staff; promote a cohesive, positive team environment Assume charge responsibilities as needed after orientation Adhere to hospital guidelines on appearance, safety, and attendanceExceptional Benefits & Perks:
