RN/Medical Case Manager The Center For Violence Prevention - 2.0 Pearl, MS Job Details Part-time $35 - $40 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals Computer operation RN License Phone communication English Domestic violence situation handling Driver's License Conflict management Domestic violence intervention Organizational skills Computer skills Multi-line phone systems Full Job Description This is a part time position working 24 hours per week The RN/Medical Case Manager is responsible for working with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking to provide core support services, develop case plans, coordinate and execute client activities, and participate in the multi-disciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed client-centered medical care to all patients;
• Assist victims of sexual assault with medical and case management support services;
• Conduct medical intakes and make appropriate referrals;
• Maintain a focus on underserved community and their specific needs;
• Facilitate and maintain evidence-based practices;
• Collaborate with therapists and other treatment team members to assist clients in the development of case plans;
• Coordinate services to accomplish client and program goals;
• Work with Hispanic staff to provide core services to Hispanic clients;
• Conduct regular audits of case plans to evaluate progress, obstacles, and limitations;
• Document client services and activities in compliance with CVP policies and procedures;
• Participate in regular team meetings about client progress;
• Promote a sense of community by teaching and modeling cooperation, respect, and responsibility in the residential environment;
• Adhere to all Policies and Procedures established by CVP;
• Other duties as assigned. Required Background
• Prefer an RN with clinical skills.
• Possess good organization, written, and oral communication skills.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Possess a valid Mississippi Driver's License and have a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Required Skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English;

• Understands the dynamics of trauma-informed care and has the ability to identify and respond to victims of violence;
• Demonstrates the ability to exercise and model healthy boundaries with clients and others;
• Maintains professional working relationships with staff and program stakeholders;
• Possesses strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to operate a computer, multi-line phone, and other office equipment.
