The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Duties Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and evaluations to inform personalized treatment plans. Manage clinical documentation accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform phlebotomy, IV infusions, and specimen collection for diagnostic evaluation and ongoing monitoring. Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, supplement protocols, and health coaching strategies to promote holistic wellness. Requirements Valid nursing license with current registration and compliance with Mississippi licensing requirements. Proven experience in medical office settings with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems. Strong background in clinical procedures. Knowledge of functional medicine principles combined with skills in medical terminology. Excellent communication skills for patient education, team collaboration, and documentation accuracy. Pay rate is based off of experience.
