RN Supervisor to work Monday through Friday from 11p - 7a

The facility offers short term skilled rehabilitation services including physical, speech and occupational therapy, as well as long term care. Senatobia Healthcare & Rehab is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at our skilled nursing facility in Senatobia, Mississippi.

Description of duties:

Providing oversight to direct care staff including LPNs and CNAs Monitoring patients and completing ongoing assessments of their physical and mental health Administering medications as needed Communicating with patients' families about condition of the patient and their care Updating patient charts and recording observations of their condition Communicating concerns about patient's overall health, treatment, etc. to the medical team Delivery of care audits Assistance with admissions/discharges as necessary Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid State of Mississippi RN License or Compact License Must pass a criminal background check required by the licensing agency Long term care experience required One year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required Must have valid CPR Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred but not required Salary is dependent on experience. PTO time and Comprehensive Health Insurance available. This is a process-oriented organization. You must be able to implement and monitor multiple daily clinical best practices to ensure overall compliance. This is not your average SNF.
