Medical Floor Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Emergency Room Nurse on the Medical Floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assessing and triaging patients in the emergency room Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in condition Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records Participating in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications and Skills:
