Full Job Description Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of physical, social, and psychological health; collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans; delegates and coordinates care activities; monitors patient responses and adjusts care accordingly; promotes professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards, documenting accurately, and supporting ongoing education.
Skills Needed:
Patient care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, communication, critical thinking, documentation, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Current RN license, BLS certification, and for less experienced RNs, a BSN within four years.
Physical Demands:
Visual acuity, manual dexterity, physical mobility, and the ability to lift and transport patients and equipment.
