Full Job Description Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans using evidence-based practices and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, delegate and coordinate care, and evaluate patient outcomes. Promote professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering teamwork and communication.

Patient care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, critical thinking, communication, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Current RN license, BSN from an accredited institution, BLS certification, and ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting, standing, and manual dexterity. Less than 12 months of experience requires pursuing a BSN within four years.
