Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Advance your nursing career with a unique travel opportunity in a welcoming critical access hospital setting. Experienced ICU Registered Nurses are needed for a 13-week contract, working night shifts in a region renowned for breathtaking natural beauty and access to outdoor adventure, including proximity to Yellowstone National Park.
Schedule:
3x12 hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) 36 hours per week guaranteed, with the flexibility to pick up a fourth shift if desired Variable days, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
Active RN license required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS preferred; options may be discussed if not currently held) Minimum 3 years' experience as an ICU RN Completion of at least two travel nursing assignments Critical access hospital experience preferred Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, mechanical ventilation, and IV medication titration Willingness to float to Med/Surg if ICU is closed
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, and documentation Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate and support patients and families throughout their care journey Respond to emergencies efficiently and effectively Oversee and support both licensed and unlicensed staff as needed
