Key Qualifications:

Valid, unencumbered RN license with ICU specialization Minimum of one year of recent experience in an ICU setting Proficiency in critical care protocols, medication administration, and rapid-response procedures Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle high-acuity situations with confidence Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage care for critically ill patients, including comprehensive assessment and rapid intervention Administer medications, infusions, and interventions per physician orders and protocols Operate and interpret data from ICU monitoring equipment Document patient status and responses accurately in electronic health records Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Provide education and emotional support to patients and their loved ones
