Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a renowned hospital in Helena, MT who has a vision of being the gold standard for healthcare and we are looking to hire dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to work in the Surgical Unit. What You'll Do Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate, deliver holistic, family-centered care focused on improving patient outcomes Collect, verify, and organize patients' health information accurately and efficiently Support high-quality care through detailed planning and continuous evaluation Deliver direct patient care in a clinical setting under the guidance of nursing leadership (Unit Director or designee) and the Charge Nurse Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, team-oriented environment What We Are Looking For We are looking for a skilled RN who demonstrates: Strong critical thinking, organization, and emotional intelligence skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment Sound communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic, non-judgmental patient care Quick adaptability to changing schedules, technologies, and department needs Education & Experience Relevant experience demonstrating the ability to succeed as a Medical/Surgical Nurse Graduate of an accredited nursing program required Licenses and Certifications Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) required If you are looking to join a compassionate and collaborative healthcare team where your skills, dedication, and patient-centered care make a meaningful impact every day, we encourage you to apply today!
