Position:

Emergency Room Nurse (ER RN)

Location:

Great Falls, MT 59405

Shift:

3x12 shifts (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, including some weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department Perform safe, rapid, and accurate triage assessments Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively with physicians and providers Respond quickly to emergency situations and treatment changes Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Supervise and guide ER techs, registration staff, and allied health personnel

Required Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited nursing program Active Montana State RN License Minimum 2 years of ER experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)

Required Skills:

Emergency nursing principles and procedures Strong assessment and triage skills IV proficiency Basic computer and office skills Ability to operate manual and electronic medical equipment
