Job Details:

The role blends skilled nursing care with mental health support for residents who have both psychiatric diagnoses and medical needs. Provide direct nursing care Assess residents' physical and mental health Support psychiatric needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Supervise and mentor nursing assistants/LPNs Document care thoroughly Educate residents and families Ensure safety and infection control

Qualifications:

MT or Multistate RN License in good standing.

AHA BLS 1
