Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Recent experience in an ICU setting required Advanced critical care assessment and intervention skills ACLS and BLS certifications (active) Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt rapidly in complex, evolving situations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions to interdisciplinary teams Administer medications, treatments, and manage ventilators and other complex equipment Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes Provide clear, thorough patient education and support to families Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
