REGISTERED NURSE

MEDSURG / ACUTE CARE Polson, Montana 59860 | Direct Hire | Full-Time Join a dedicated acute care team in beautiful Polson, Montana!

CornerStone Medical is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care in an acute care/MedSurg environment . Multiple opportunities are available for nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

COMPENSATION & BONUS

Annual Salary:

$77,937

$121,014

Fulltime Hiring Bonus:

Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide comprehensive nursing care to acute care and MedSurg patients Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions Develop and implement individualized plans of care Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable Montana regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Montana RN License Minimum 1 year of nursing experience BLS

American Heart Association upon hire ACLS
American Heart Association within 90 days of hire PALS
American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

National certification in area of specialty
