About our unit:
Our Birth Center is located within Logan Health Whitefish, a 25-bed critical access hospital in scenic Whitefish, MT. Offering 5 LDRP rooms and a strong focus on quality and evidence-based care, our department is the perfect environment to let your skills shine.

Seasonal position details:
Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period 15% Premium (Seasonal differntial) Additional night and weekend shift differential pay 401(k) Eligible Fitness center membership discount $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days in position $2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus No health benefits offered
Seasonal Minimum Qualification:
Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable labor and delivery nursing experience to the unit assigned. What you'll do: This role offers the opportunity to provide care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a supportive, team-based environment. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in all areas of the birthing experience Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care Participate in a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and shared success Who you are: An experienced OB/Labor and Delivery nurse A calm, confident presence in high-stakes situations You value strong teamwork and communication skills Committed to patient-centered care and lifelong learning Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred. RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first. Two years experience in a similar unit is required. ALS(ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer NRP certification must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer EFM certification or EFM instructor status must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer. Shift:
Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts for 13-week assignment. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
