Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ' company, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager (Purchased/Referred Care) in support of Indian Health Services within the Fort Peck Service Unit in Wolf Point and Poplar, MT. Responsibilities Providing specialized case management and care coordination for patients with special health care needs. Reviewing and monitoring outpatient consultations and referrals for medical necessity, cost effectiveness, and appropriateness. Collaborating with PRC staff, providers, and external facilities to ensure care aligns with CMS criteria. Maintaining statistical data on consults, monitoring deferred referrals, and supporting PRC team continuous quality improvement.
