Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Care Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Hours Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care while working in a supportive, positive environment that values teamwork, flexibility, and work-life balance. The position can be part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling to meet both patient and staff needs. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans Assess patient needs, monitor symptoms, and administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team, including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides Educate patients and families on care plans, symptom management, and disease progression Offer emotional support and compassionate guidance to patients and their loved ones Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled (flexible and shared) Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required (training provided) Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer Positive and supportive working environment that values respect, teamwork, and professional growth Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities Competitive compensation Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day Why Join Us?
