Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, coordinate, and ensure high-quality personal care services for our homecare clients. Collaborate with care teams and clients' families to resolve care plan changes and ensure proper implementation. Travel locally to supervise clients, caregivers, and ensure homecare plans are being followed. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule (35-40 hours per week, based on agency needs and census) and the opportunity to make a real impact in the community. Years RN Experience Requirements:

Currently licensed and in good standing. Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care. Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job. Current CPR Certification. Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile. Must be able to perform a two-person transfer with a Hoyer Lift (with an aide who also works alongside the nurse on this case) This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
