Schedule/Hours:

Weekend rotation: Every other weekend May be called in for low census with specified callback hours Schedule set in 6-week cycles Holiday coverage: 75% of holidays expected Up to 6 days off approved, excluding holidays Flexibility required for regional floating within scope

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 18 months of PCU RN experience (stepdown or similar) Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Proficiency with trach care, cardiac gtts, rhythm interpretation, chest tubes, blood products, wound/wound care, and central line management Comfortable with EPIC, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell, and Phillips monitors Open to first-time travelers

Responsibilities:

Care for adult patients with diverse diagnoses including CHF, dysrhythmia, stroke, respiratory and abdominal illnesses, AKI/CKD, and more Typical RN ratios: 1:4, occasionally 1:5 Collaborate with 24/7 hospitalist, intensivist, RT, phlebotomy, and support staff Participate actively in charting and patient monitoring using advanced technology Float to various facilities in the region as needed
