Duties, Responsibilities, & Qualifications:
Provide direct patient care and oversee delivery of nursing services. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and maintain accurate files and documentation. Hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license. Demonstrate strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Communicate effectively and professionally. Previous experience as a nurse in long-term or skilled care is preferred, but not a requirement.
