Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry Nursing (RN-Tele) Proficient in cardiac monitoring and interpretation of telemetry strips BLS and ACLS certifications required; other specialty certifications a plus Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions in a Telemetry unit Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care Educate patients and families on cardiac health and discharge plans Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
