Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current and unrestricted RN license. At least 1 year of recent psychiatric or mental health nursing experience. BLS certification (required). Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor responses, ensuring patient safety. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver integrated behavioral healthcare. Provide emotional support, education, and guidance to patients and families. Document patient progress and advocate for their needs throughout the care process.
