Job Description
Liberty Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high quality, patient centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you'll assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and promote safety and quality standards.
