This role is ideal for a nurse who excels in providing high-acuity care to medically complex patients. You will play a critical role in recovery and stabilization for patients transitioning from intensive care. Duties Ventilator weaning Pulmonary care Advanced wound care Infectious disease management Post-COVID recovery support Brain injury rehabilitation Monitor and assess patients' conditions, document changes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Administer medications and manage complex care plans. Assist with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs. Educate patients and families on care needs and progress. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant care environment. Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Active RN license in North Carolina or Compact State At least 1+ years of Acute Care nursing experience required Current
BLS & ACLS
certifications Must be proficient with ventilators ICU experience is preferred
Patient Population:
1:4-1:5 ratios
