Shifts:

0645-1915 or 1845-0715 Weekend rotation: Every other Schedule cycle: Every 6 weeks Holiday coverage required (75%) Possibility of low census call

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience At least 6 months' EPIC EMR experience Required skillset: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, wound care, handling non-titrating cardiac drips, managing tubes/drains, blood product administration Team player, adaptable to regional floating within scope of practice

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate care to a diverse group of Med/Surg Telemetry patients Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and administer related therapies Work collaboratively with CNAs, telemetry techs, hospitalists, and 24/7 intensivist coverage Maintain meticulous electronic documentation (EPIC) Float across facilities in the regional network as needed, remaining on the clock for any mid-shift transitions
