1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Behavioral Health RN for a night shift (7P-7A) inpatient psychiatric unit requiring at least 1 year of psych experience and an active NC or compact RN license. Details Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit with 33 beds Adult and geriatric patient population Common diagnoses include MDD, Bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia Patient ratio of 1:9 Uses Dynamap equipment and Paragon EHR Night shift (7P-7A) schedule with 36 weekly guaranteed hours Weekend hours as needed No call requirements Requirements Active RN license (NC or compact) required BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience required ADN required Psychiatric nursing skills and experience required Additional Information Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with behavioral health diagnoses Blue scrubs required Candidates must live outside a 60-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
