Key Details:

Orientation sessions held twice monthly for streamlined onboarding. Patient ratio averages 1:5, ensuring quality care. Modern facilities, including a 32-bed ED, 29-bed rehab, 15-bed surgical suite, and dedicated areas for behavioral health and women's services. Meaningful collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

Active RN license required. Solid background in med-surg nursing essential. Experience with post-surgical and orthopedic patients strongly preferred. Adaptability and strong communication skills for thriving in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive patient care for med-surg and post-op populations. Monitor, assess, and document patient progress. Collaborate with surgeons, rehab specialists, and interdisciplinary teams. Educate and support patients and families throughout the recovery process.
