This vital role involves providing expert nursing care, performing comprehensive assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. We are seeking energetic, compassionate professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered services. All positions are paid, offering valuable experience in a variety of specialties including acute care, long-term care, outpatient clinics, and community health. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, 90 day assessments,Personal Care assistants competency check off, supervisor visits,chart audits. Maintain accurate and updated documentation. Requirements Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS)
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
