Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, 90 day assessments,Personal Care assistants competency check off, supervisor visits,chart audits. Maintain accurate and updated documentation. Requirements Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS)

Pay:

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
