The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:2, sometimes flexing to 1:3, so you can provide focused care. You must have a minimum of 18 months of ICU experience and hold a degree or diploma in registered nursing. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong clinical assessment skills are required.
