Key Responsibilities:

Deliver holistic patient-centered nursing care in Med Surg and Telemetry settings Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes according to facility standards Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current RN license (active and in good standing) 1-2 years experience in either Med Surg, Telemetry, or combined RN-Tele settings Strong critical thinking skills and proficiency in telemetry monitoring BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
