Key Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum 1 year recent experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities Comfortable with rapid patient status changes and complex clinical scenarios BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Effective communication and teamwork skills
