Key Qualifications:

Active RN license required (in good standing) Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience BLS and ACLS certifications Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and sterile techniques Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced OR settings Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Circulate and assist in open-heart and vascular surgeries Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures Maintain a sterile field and uphold all infection control policies Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and techs for optimal patient outcomes Document care accurately in the electronic record system Provide compassionate support to patients and families
