Pride Health is hiring a RN - Case Management to support our client's healthcare team in Fayetteville, NC.

Cumberland and Hoke Counties, NC

Duration:

1 year contract

Shift:

Mon-Friday, Day shift

Pay Rate:

$45-47/hr Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physiological evaluations to inform care planning.

Ensure complete documentation

Assist in managing patients through acute medical situations and/or during short term sub-acute rehabilition

Skills

1+ year of nursing experience, in a long-term care setting preferred

Valid RN license in NC

BLS
