Adaptability is key, as you'll collaborate with supportive staff—including experienced CNAs, charge nurses, and 24/7 RT and intensivist support. Shift Options:

0645-1915 (Days) 1845-0715 (Nights) Schedule cycles every 6 weeks Weekend rotation (every other); occasional low census call Up to 6 days off approved—holidays excluded

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 18 months recent Med/Tele RN experience Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications At least 6 months' recent

EPIC EMR

experience Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, non-titrating cardiac drips (Cardizem, Amiodarone), IV starts, wound care, blood product administration Flexibility to float within the region as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Care for a patient load of 1:5-6 (may surge to 1:7-8) Administer and monitor medications, infusions, and blood products Deliver comprehensive wound care and manage complex drains/tubes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
