Nursing Full Job Description Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care. Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status. Administering medications and treatments to ensure effective patient management. Reconciliating medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care planning. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred. Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state. Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
