• 7:30 AM) | Every 3rd weekend required | Holidays as needed Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation department, supporting patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility, including post-stroke, post-aneurysm, and post-operative surgical cases.

Perform clinical skills including vital signs, dressing changes, aseptic/sterile procedure tray setup, phlebotomy, capillary blood draws, and specimen labeling and collection (throat, urine UA clean catch). Conduct medication reconciliation, interpretation of laboratory results, and patient health questionnaire and allergy history documentation. Handle telephone triage and pharmacy calls including patient refill requests. Maintain patient ratios of 1:6, with rotating assignments of up to 7 patients of equivalent acuity. Float to other campuses within the health system as needed. Required Qualifications Active RN license in hand at time of submission BLS certification required
