The Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostics, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, ensure safety and infection control, advocate for patients, and facilitate discharge planning.Qualifications & Skills:
Requires at least one year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Must have strong clinical judgment, communication skills, physical ability to perform duties, and effective interpersonal skills.Key Attributes:
