Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN or Circulator to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, providing exceptional patient care while supporting surgical and procedural teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring safe, efficient operations and delivering compassionate care to diverse patient populations. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for qualified applicants. Responsibilities Assist with preoperative patient assessments and prepare patients for surgical procedures or diagnostic interventions. Maintain sterile technique and ensure aseptic conditions throughout all phases of patient care. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV infusions as required during procedures. Operate medical equipment such as ventilators, catheters, and diagnostic imaging tools including CT scanners. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans, including post-operative recovery and discharge planning. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Requirements Valid RN license or current certification as a Circulator with relevant clinical experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Epic, Cerner, or other EMR/EHR systems. Experience working in surgical settings such as OR or outpatient clinics is highly preferred. Knowledge of sterile processing, aseptic technique, and infection control standards. Critical care experience including ICU or emergency medicine is advantageous. Familiarity with advanced procedures such as catheterization, suturing, or dialysis is desirable. Strong assessment skills with the ability to respond effectively during acute pain management or emergency situations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within diverse healthcare teams.
