Registered Nurse (RN) Make a Difference Where Compassion Meets Excellence!

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care while leading and supporting a team? Join our compassionate healthcare team and help us deliver outstanding nursing services that enhance the lives of our residents every day.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct resident care while serving as a clinical leader for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You'll play a critical role in ensuring quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and creating a supportive environment where residents receive the highest level of care.

What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and nursing standards. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care. Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate findings to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and effectively. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to achieve the best possible outcomes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, policies, and procedures. Promote a culture of respect, professionalism, and person-centered care.

QualificationsEducationGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

ExperienceMinimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.

One (1) year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Licensure & CertificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.

Current CPR Certification.

Additional QualificationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and critical-thinking abilities.

Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care.
