Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Tele RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule Details:
Variable shifts available Three 12-hour shifts per week
Qualifications:
Current RN license with experience in inpatient rehabilitation or geriatric care (Swing Bed patients) Advanced wound care skills BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred Familiarity with standard Med/Surg equipment and Cerner documentation system High level of professionalism and patient service orientation Ability to work independently in a team-focused environment; flexibility to adapt to patient needs Strict adherence to dress code: all navy or navy top with white bottoms
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care for a 24-bed acute care unit with nurse-to-patient ratios typically between 6:1 and 7:1 Deliver advanced wound care and minor procedures as needed Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment Uphold high standards of documentation, patient safety, and quality of care Adhere to all unit-specific policies and guidelines Rarely float to other units
