Qualifications:
Active RN license, with Multistate/Compact licensing preferred Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and patient monitoring BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring telemetry patients and recognizing changes in cardiac rhythms Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Rapidly responding to emergent situations Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Documenting assessments, interventions, and care outcomes Providing compassionate, patient-centered care
