Professionals with specialized skills in Nursing - RN-Tele and RN - Telemetry are invited to contribute their expertise in an environment focused on patient monitoring and acute care responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Proven experience in Telemetry or closely related acute care environments Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms, advanced EKG interpretation, and rapid response to changes in patient status BLS and ACLS certification required Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking abilities Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and compassionate nursing care to patients on telemetry units Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring timely intervention for any changes Accurately document and communicate patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families on disease management, procedures, and post-discharge instructions Administer medications, start IVs, and perform related technical skills following established protocols Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement guidelines
