1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring at least 1 year of ER experience and a NC or compact RN license. Details Free-standing Emergency Department affiliated with a Joint Commission accredited hospital 11-bed unit with a 4:1 patient ratio Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Rotating weekend requirement, every other weekend No call requirements Rare floating to Henderson ED may be required Uses Paragon EHR Requirements Active RN license (NC or Compact) required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS Minimum 1+ years of ER experience required Experience with IV administration, critical care, and drips required Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration Additional Information Region's largest and most comprehensive ED with an associated free-standing ED Facility maintains an A rating in LeapFrog Hospital Safety ratings Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
