Position:

RN Floor Nurse (7a - 7p & 7p-7a)

Pay and Benefits:

$35 - $38 per hour $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out in increments over 2 years of employment $2.00 more per hour weekday shift differential $3.00 more per hour weekend shift differential Benefits start after 30 days of employment Pay in lieu of benefits is an extra $2 per hour Teammates now have access to DailyPay, an app that allows access to earned money before payday.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures and care plans. Complete all resident documentation electronically—computer skills preferred but training will be provided. Assist with repositioning and transferring residents of varying weights using safe lifting procedures. Ensure timely transport of objects within the facility while maintaining prolonged standing or walking as needed. Perform tasks requiring occasional bending, squatting, or reaching repeatedly.

Physical Requirements:

Able to push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds; occasionally lift weights up to 50 pounds. Ambulatory throughout the facility. Prolonged standing and walking may be required.
