Avid is hiring an RN - Per Diem for client assessments. This position will be in-office and based out of the Mebane branch and covers Alamance and the surrounding counties. Per Diem RN -
Assessments Responsibilities:
Manage client intake assessments from all referral sources. Responsible for generating client plan of treatment and care plan assessments according to a physician's order. Build relationships with clients to encourage compliance with care plans and client safety. Manage client/contract satisfaction with the highest level of customer service standards, communication, and documentation. Follow up and document all clinical concerns and incidents within the agency's timeframe. Follow Agency Policies and Procedures and ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
Registered Nurse (RN) who is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
Licensure:
Must have a current, unencumbered license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Must be in good standing in the applicable state of practice. Must maintain all state and federal compliance requirements for licensure and employment.
Travel:
Travel is required for business purposes. The employee must have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which they work, a satisfactory driving record, and an operational vehicle.
Work Experience:
Minimum of two years of clinical experience. Two years of nursing experience with compromised pediatric and adults. Prior experiences that would encompass clinical, teaching, management and supervisory practice within a nursing service organization is preferred. One additional year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, is required for conducting applicable training classes.
Hours of Work:
As needed.
Skills and Additional Requirements:
A specific understanding of geographical/cultural requirements of branch office is preferred. Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with clients, their families and other care providers. Ability to use computerized systems. Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills. Confident working independently. Ability to work well under pressure. Bilingual preferred, but not required.
