Expand your clinical experience by working at a facility renowned as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center. Here, you'll gain exposure to a variety of medical-surgical and telemetry cases, enhancing your expertise with diverse patient populations, diagnoses, and technology systems. Schedule & Hours:
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Weekend rotation: Every other weekend No call; must work 75% of holidaysQualifications:
Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Tele RN experience required Required certifications: Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Proficient in Med/Tele skills, including stroke care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tube management, NGT placement, and medication drip management Epic EMR experience preferred Willingness to float as needed across regional facilities within scope of practiceKey Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to patients with diagnoses such as stroke, COPD, chest pain, GI bleeds, and more Perform detailed assessments, including NIHSS Manage IVs, drips, drains, and medication administration Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes Adapt quickly to fast-paced shifts and varying patient ratiosBenefits & Perks:
