Registered Nurse NextStep Care - 3.5 Morrisville, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $60.00 - $75.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Caregiving documentation requirements RN License Experience working with individuals with disabilities HIPAA Care documentation Palliative care expertise Driver's License Clinical assessment documentation Full Job Description Registered Nurse (RN): Part-Time Home Care Client Assessments Job Overview We are seeking licensed Registered Nurses to complete in-home assessments for our home care clients. This is a flexible, part-time position paid per visit. We will assign you clients, and you will travel to their homes, complete the nursing assessment, and submit your documentation. We currently have clients who need assessments in the following North Carolina counties: Franklin County Wake County Chatham County Nash County Durham County Orange County If you are interested, please apply and tell us which county you live in. Pay and Schedule $60.00 to $75.50 per completed assessment Each assessment takes less than 2 hours Part-time, with clients assigned as needed Responsibilities Travel to assigned clients' homes to complete nursing assessments Evaluate each client's health status, functional abilities, and care needs Assess the home environment for safety concerns Develop or update the client's plan of care based on your findings Complete reassessments every 2-3 months, we pay again. Submit accurate, complete documentation on time Communicate findings and concerns to the agency Protect client privacy in line with HIPAA requirements Requirements Current, active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina Live in or able to travel to Franklin, Wake, Chatham, Nash, Durham, or Orange County Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Able to pass a background check Strong documentation and communication skills Able to work independently and complete assigned visits on time Preferred Qualifications Experience completing client assessments in home care Experience developing plans of care Experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities How to Apply Apply to this posting with your resume and RN license number, and include the county you live in and your availability.
