Creekside Primary Care Part-Time:

Every Friday, 12:00pm - 5:00pm. With a strong foundation in primary care, our mission is to promote the health and well-being of our diverse patient population through comprehensive services and innovative approaches. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Practice Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across various settings, utilizing your clinical expertise to support diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management. Your proactive approach and compassionate communication will help ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform clinical decisions. Administer medications and injections Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Epic for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records.
