CCHC Coastal Primary Care Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Coastal Carolina Health Care, P.A. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Primary Care team. Essential Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient primary care setting. Triage patient concerns and determine the appropriate level and urgency of care. Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and other clinical information. Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as ordered. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other clinical needs. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, disease management, and preventive care. Review and respond to patient phone calls and electronic messages in accordance with established protocols. Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, follow-up care, and other aspects of patient care. Monitor laboratory and diagnostic results and communicate appropriate follow-up information to patients and providers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, patients, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, HIPAA, and applicable regulations. Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Previous clinical nursing experience preferred; primary care or outpatient experience is a plus. Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to patient service and quality care. Epic experience preferred.
