•7:00 AM 12-Hour Shifts Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Every Other Weekend Rotation RN Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse at Willow Ridge, you will: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately and timely. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers. Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR). Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented nursing environment. Qualifications Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program. Current and active North Carolina RN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
